This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, college students, or anyone starting their career who wants to build communication skills, confidence, and hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No previous sales experience is required — full training is provided.

What You’ll Do

• Support in-store promotional campaigns and customer outreach
• Engage with customers in friendly, informative conversations
• Explain available service options, packages, and current promotions
• Assist customers with sign-ups and account setup when appropriate
• Maintain a professional and organized promotional area
• Collaborate with team members during scheduled retail shifts

Pay & Compensation

This position includes weekly pay with a structured base pay, commission, and performance-based bonuses. Average weekly earnings typically range from $725 to $900, depending on hours worked, individual performance, and campaign assignments. Full training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed and maximize your earning potential.
