Jade Signature, a premier luxury oceanfront residential community in Sunny Isles Beach, is seeking a professional and dependable Package Room Attendant to join our team immediately. This position plays an important role in providing exceptional service to our residents through the efficient handling and delivery of packages throughout the property.
Responsibilities Include:
- Receive, organize, and process incoming resident packages and deliveries
- Accurately sign packages into the buildingβs computer tracking system
- Deliver packages promptly and professionally to residential units
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the package room area
- Provide courteous and attentive service to residents and team members
- Assist with maintaining smooth daily package operations within a luxury residential environment
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn package management systems
- Reliable, punctual, and customer service oriented
- Previous experience in hospitality, residential services, or package handling is a plus
