Data Entry Assistant

Matador Arms is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to support daily operations by maintaining accurate records, processing data, and assisting multiple departments with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and capable of handling sensitive information with professionalism and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate company records and databases
  • Process customer, inventory, order, and service-related information
  • Review documents and data for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with inventory tracking, purchase orders, and product records
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Generate reports and organize spreadsheets as requested
  • Support customer service, shipping, and administrative teams with data management tasks
  • Ensure confidential information is handled securely and professionally
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors promptly
  • Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong typing and computer skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
