Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative will excel at prospecting new opportunities, efficiently manage inbound leads, and leverage sales engagement tools to consistently meet and exceed monthly meeting goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate 25 qualified, held meetings per month for the sales team.
  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers using tools like Engage, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.
  • Respond to and manage all inbound leads, qualifying prospects to determine fit and scheduling sales appointments.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to drive interest and build pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and identify new opportunities.
  • Track activities and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in Salesforce.
  • Provide feedback on campaign performance and lead quality to optimize results.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Sysdyne's product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value to prospects.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in using sales engagement platforms such as Engage and lead databases like ZoomInfo.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
