Job Title: Entry-Level Life Insurance Agent

We are seeking motivated, empathetic, and driven individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Agents. This role is designed for those who are eager to build a meaningful career helping families secure their financial futures. While no prior experience in the insurance industry is required, we provide a comprehensive training program to help you master the necessary product knowledge and sales techniques. Your primary focus will be connecting with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing them with peace of mind through tailored life insurance solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities
 

 

- Engage in a structured training program to obtain your state life insurance license and understand our portfolio of products.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients to schedule consultations and assess their financial protection needs.
- Conduct professional needs-analysis meetings to explain how life insurance products, such as term or whole life policies, can protect a client's legacy.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their life stages.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects and track client interactions using our provided digital tools.
- Maintain compliance with all state regulations and company ethical standards.

 

 

Qualifications and Skills
 

-  high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college or professional experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
- A strong desire to help others and a genuine interest in financial planning.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen actively and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and stay organized.
- Resilience and a positive attitude when facing challenges or rejection.
- Basic proficiency with technology and a willingness to learn our internal software systems.

- Must live in the US, Canada, or Puerto Rico
