EverBright Montessori Academy in Chino is seeking a full-time Early Preschool Room Teacher Assistant to support our 2.5-4 year-old classroom. If you're warm, dependable, and passionate about early childhood education, we’d love to meet you!

About the Position As an Early Preschool Assistant Teacher, you’ll work alongside experienced educators to help create a nurturing, joyful, and well-organized classroom. Your role will include:

• Assisting with daily routines and activities for children ages 2.5-4
• Providing a safe and loving environment that supports independence and confidence
• Helping maintain a clean, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom
• Supporting students’ social-emotional and language development
• Communicating with families in a respectful and responsive way
• Learning to use parent communication apps efficiently

About You You are a caring and reliable team player who enjoys helping young children grow. You communicate well with both children and parents and are excited to contribute to a supportive school environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children ages 2–5 (preschool setting preferred)
• ECE units completed or currently in progress
• Ability to learn and use communication apps (e.g., Procare)
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn
• Must pass a criminal background check and meet California licensing requirements
• Friendly and professional with families
