Delet is a fast-growing PropTech startup changing how apartments are leased using smart access technology, AI, cameras, and remote leasing tools.

 

We’re looking for someone hungry, energetic, and outgoing to join our team and help us grow across Los Angeles.

 

This is not a boring corporate job. You’ll work directly with the founders, be involved in real decisions, learn how startups grow from the inside, and become part of a small team that genuinely cares about each other.

 

We want someone who wants to grow with us long term and be treated like family, not just another employee.

 

What you’ll do:

• Help grow new partnerships

• Reach out to property management companies

• Assist with sales and business development

• Help expand Delet across new buildings and markets

• Work closely with the founder and team

 

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication skills

• Positive energy and confidence

• Someone hungry to grow

• Organized and reliable

• Interest in startups, sales, real estate, or tech

 

No big experience required.

We care more about hustle, communication, and energy than experience.

 

Compensation:

Around $60,000/year plus commissions and growth opportunities.
