A growing medical and mental health startup is seeking a creative, organized, and highly motivated Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to support brand growth, audience engagement, and digital visibility across social media platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands branding, social media engagement, content creation, and community growth, while also appreciating the importance of professionalism within a healthcare and family-centered environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, aesthetically driven, and comfortable executing social media strategies independently across Instagram and Facebook platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow Instagram and Facebook business accounts

Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content

Design visually cohesive graphics, reels, stories, and posts aligned with brand aesthetics

Increase follower growth and audience engagement strategically

Share posts consistently across stories and platforms

Engage with followers, providers, and community accounts professionally

Identify and connect with aligned businesses, professionals, and collaborators online

Assist with marketing campaigns, launches, and promotional materials

Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging

Monitor analytics, engagement trends, and platform performance

Support content planning and implementation for educational content, provider spotlights, and brand campaigns

Qualifications

Experience managing Instagram and Facebook business accounts

Strong understanding of social media growth strategies and engagement

Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and content scheduling tools

Excellent written communication skills

Strong visual design sense and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and execute tasks efficiently

Organized, responsive, and proactive

Experience with healthcare, wellness, pediatric, or mental health brands preferred

Preferred Skills

Reel editing and short-form video creation

Graphic design and branding experience

Understanding of Instagram algorithms and engagement strategy

Experience with community outreach and audience growth

Familiarity with strengths-based and neuroaffirmative messaging is a plus
