Position Summary
Oversees outreach and engagement efforts with high net worth donors in support of organizational fundraising goals. Leads a team responsible for cultivating relationships, coordinating communications, and managing follow-up. Ensures outreach efforts are strategic, personalized, and aligned with organizational values. Serves as the primary point of coordination between the donor outreach team and internal departments.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the high net worth donor outreach team and engagement schedules

Oversee personalized communications and relationship management with donors

Guide development of tailored outreach strategies and donor-specific materials

Coordinate with fundraising and leadership teams to align engagement goals

Track donor interactions, commitments, and follow-up actions

Review donor communications for accuracy, tone, and appropriateness

Provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members

Support onboarding and training of new donor outreach staff

Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive donor information

Promote ethical, respectful, and professional donor engagement practices
