Leads recruitment efforts through VolunteerMatch and Idealist to support volunteer and mission-driven roles. Oversees a team responsible for outreach, postings, and candidate coordination.

  • Lead and coordinate the Recruitment (VolunteerMatch/Idealist) team
  • Oversee postings and outreach strategies
  • Monitor volunteer applications and follow-up
  • Collaborate with program and HR teams
  • Ensure postings align with mission and inclusivity goals
  • Track volunteer recruitment metrics
  • Train and support team members
