We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and tech-oriented individual to join our growing team in the Delaware Valley region. This is a great opportunity for someone coming out of college, technical school, or an engineering/technology program who wants hands-on experience in robotics, sales, AI, and business development.

Candidates from the Greater Philadelphia, Lancaster, Harrisburg, Reading, Wilmington, and Exton areas are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

  • Help identify and develop new business opportunities 
  • Learn how to present and demonstrate robotic solutions to customers 
  • Support product demos and customer meetings 
  • Build relationships with local businesses and organizations 
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and community events 
  • Maintain customer and sales activity records in Salesforce CRM 
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership on outreach campaigns 
  • Gain hands-on experience working with autonomous robots and AI solutions 

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Recent college graduate, technical school graduate, or early-career professional 
  • Interest in robotics, AI, automation, or emerging technology 
  • Strong communication and people skills 
  • Comfortable learning new technology and presenting solutions 
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow 
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus, but not required 
  • Prior customer service, sales, retail, technical, or internship experience is helpful but not required 

 

Additional Requirements

  • Local travel within approximately 1.5 hours of Exton, PA 
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • Comfortable driving the RobotLAB company van for customer visits and demos
