Farmers Market Brand Representative for Balmy Tallow
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth (multiple market locations)
Type: Part-time, weekends required
Pay: $15/hour
About the company: Balmy Tallow is an animal based skincare brand based in DFW. We formulate every product around the belief that your skin deserves real ingredients.
The Role: You're the first thing a customer experiences when they walk up to our booth. That matters. We're looking for someone who can hold a conversation, explain what our products do without making it weird, and close a sale without being pushy. You'll set up and break down the booth, manage transactions, and represent the brand the way it deserves to be represented.
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable talking to strangers — genuinely, not performative
- Be Reliable. Markets don't wait. Its rain or shine.
- Interest in clean beauty, skincare, or natural products is a plus
- Previous retail, farmers market, or customer-facing experience preferred
What You'll Do
- Set up and break down the market booth
- Engage customers and educate them on the product line
- Process transactions (Square/POS)
- Restock and inventory management during market hours
- Represent Balmy Tallow with consistency and integrity
