We are putting Certified Intern (CI) Educators alongside Lead Position Professionals (LP).

Want to work alongside a teacher with shared responsibility?

New teachers should be offered a PAID “teacher residency” working alongside a veteran lead teacher. This model supports keeping certified teachers in classrooms at 80% and pays new teachers 80% of a first-year teacher's salary while taking on only 80% of the workload and time requirements.
