Upper School Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Liberty Classical Academy is a Christ-centered, classical Preschool–12th grade private school with campuses in White Bear Lake and Hugo, Minnesota. We are seeking a warm, organized, and dependable Upper School Administrative Assistant to support our Upper School leadership team at the Hugo campus.
This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys serving in a fast-paced, faith-based school environment and excels at organization, communication, and administrative support. The Upper School Administrative Assistant plays an important role in supporting the daily operations of the Upper School while assisting both the Upper School Division Director and Spiritual Formation Director.
Liberty Classical Academy – Hugo Campus (Hugo, MN)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Upper School Division Director and Spiritual Formation Director
- Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating Upper School events and activities
- Coordinate Spiritual Formation events and initiatives that serve students across Lower School through Upper School
- Support communication with students, parents, faculty, and staff
- Help organize and prepare materials for meetings, events, and school functions
- Maintain accurate records, documents, and organizational systems
- Assist with student attendance, forms, and other Upper School administrative needs
- Support planning and logistics for Upper School programs, events, and special projects
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and service-oriented office environment
- Travel occasionally to the White Bear Lake campus as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in administrative support, office coordination, or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Comfortable using technology and office software systems
- Professional, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Commitment to a Christ-centered educational environment and agreement with Liberty Classical Academy’s Statement of Faith
Schedule, Pay & Benefits
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 AM–1:00 PM (approximately 24 hours per week)
- Job Type: Part-time
- Pay Range: $17–$19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
