About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking organized and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Remote Vacation Planning Assistants. This flexible opportunity is ideal for students, recent graduates, or individuals interested in gaining experience in hospitality, client support, and remote coordination.
In this role, you’ll help support clients as they explore and organize travel experiences including cruises, resort stays, family vacations, and international trips. You’ll work virtually while developing valuable communication, planning, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with researching destinations, accommodations, cruises, and vacation options
- Communicate with clients regarding travel preferences and trip details
- Help organize itineraries and planning information
- Support the coordination of reservations and travel-related arrangements
- Maintain accurate records and client communication notes
- Provide helpful follow-up support throughout the planning process
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills

No prior travel industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
