Position Summary:
We’re looking for a talented and self-driven Web Designer to help design and manage visually stunning, easy-to-navigate websites that align with our mission and drive results. You’ll be responsible for creating clean, mobile-optimized designs that communicate our message, convert visitors, and reflect our brand identities. This role is ideal for a creative who can balance form, function, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain websites for The Dream Center, Brunch Bunch, Soul City Collective, and other internal brands
Create clean, responsive layouts for landing pages, membership sites, and investor portals
Collaborate with our marketing, content, and development teams to execute brand-aligned web experiences
Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and mobile usability
Update content, troubleshoot errors, and ensure a smooth user experience
Design custom graphics, banners, or icons to enhance site aesthetics
Ideal Candidate:
3–5 years of experience in web design or UI/UX
Strong portfolio showcasing website and landing page designs
Proficient in platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, or Wix
Experience with Canva, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web best practices
Strong attention to detail, creative eye, and ability to work independently
Passion for community, entrepreneurship, and building meaningful brands
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with membership platforms (e.g., Kajabi, Thinkific, Mighty Networks)
Knowledge of Keap, Mailchimp, or CRM integration
Familiarity with nonprofit, real estate, or urban development websites
