Bilingual Account Executive Specialist(English & Chinese)

We are a fast-growing industrial technology company specializing in motion - control systems and precision industrial components. We serve OEMs, system - integrators, and manufacturers across industries including semiconductors, dispensing machines, SMT, AOI, and LED/OLED inspection. Our products include industrial granite components, granite platforms, mineral castings, carbon fiber beams, and linear motors, providing high-precision components for industrial applications.

 

Key Responsibilities / 工作职责

  • Fluency in both Chinese and English is required for this position
  • Respond promptly and professionally to online pre-sales inquiries from U.S.-based customers via Alibaba International, Google, Bing, and the company website
  • Develop potential clients through online channels (website, email, platforms, etc.)
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and build strong communication
  • Prepare and provide product quotations based on customer requirements
  • Manage and follow up on customer payments

 

Requirements / 任职要求

  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) – both written and spoken
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Business, or related field is a plus)
  • 1+ year experience in customer service, sales support, or pre-sales (B2B experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and service mindset
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
  • Basic technical understanding or willingness to learn industrial/technical products

  • Base Salary:$32,000 – $70,000(Depending on experience)
