Marketing Content Coordinator
We're a small business that manufactures drum accessories — built by people who love percussion, for people who love percussion. We make products for drummers who take their craft seriously, and we need someone to help us tell that story online.
We're not a big corporate marketing department. We're a lean team that moves fast, cares deeply about quality, and wants our online presence to actually reflect who we are.
We're looking for a part-time Marketing & Content Coordinator to own our email marketing and social media presence. This is a hands-on role where you'll have some creative ownership — not just scheduling posts someone else wrote.
What You'll Do
- Email marketing — Update existing email marketing, create new email flows.
- Email newsletters — Write and send regular emails to our subscriber list. Think product highlights, behind-the-scenes stories, and launches. You'll manage this end-to-end in our email platform.
- Organic social media — Create and schedule content for our social channels. You'll shape our voice and visual style.
- Paid social advertising — Help set up and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Experience is a plus; willingness to learn is a must.
- Content creation days — Join us in-person once a week to shoot product photos/videos, brainstorm ideas, and plan upcoming content.
- Basic reporting — Track what's working and share simple performance updates.
