9.00 am - 5.30 pm - 37.5 Hours - (One Hour Lunch)

Austin, Texas

Basic Salary ($45k- $50k) + $5K Comms

15 Vacation Days, + 5 Paid Sick Days + 8 Federal Holidays

The Opportunity

Add People is quickly expanding into U.S. territory with our newly established Austin office. Over the last 24 years, we’ve become one of the UK’s largest full-suite digital marketing agencies working with SMBs. We’ve built up a global base of over 4,000 clients, with a team of 250+ people in our Manchester office and are excited to be growing our Austin team. With our rapid growth, we’re now looking to expand our Account Management Team.

We are launching with our E-commerce, PPC management and SEO optimization services. Key Responsibilities

Manage a base of SMB clients, having regular communication and being their point of contact in the business.

Onboard new clients through our trial process, delivering strong relationship and performance KPIs.

Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure clients' long term relationship.

Set the strategic direction and optimizations for the clients PPC accounts. Implement the strategy with assistance from our technical team.

Upsell and cross sell relevant products in which the client can benefit from, receiving commission as you do so.

Engage clients via video calls, and compile reports and presentations to deliver service.

Achieve quality assurance KPIs.

Grow media spends where relevant to deliver longer term growth for the client.

The Ideal Candidate

Has a relevant University degree or 2+ years in digital marketing field.

A strong understanding of Google Ads and PPC campaign management.

Is passionate about keeping up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and strategies.

Demonstrates effective communication, professionalism and presentation skills.

Shows entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation, thriving in a startup culture that values creativity, agility, and out-of-the-box thinking.

Great team player but also enjoys a bit of friendly competition.

Strong business acumen and a good grip on financial ratios.
