Brand Ambassador/Event Staff
Job Description
Ever see someone in the aisle handing out samples, running a demo booth, or showcasing products like food/beverages, beauty supplies, or home improvement items? That’s what we do! We partner with top brands to bring their products to life through in-store demos, sampling events, and customer engagement.

What You’ll Do
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll help support event activations, interact with guests, and keep activity areas organized and running smoothly throughout the day.
General Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Help move and organize event equipment
- Keep activation areas clean, stocked, and guest-ready
Activation Areas
- Help manage guest flow around each activation
- Encourage guests to participate and take photos
- Oversee game stations
- Assist with initial setup of the DJ booth area
- Help guests create custom aprons
- Safely operate heat press equipment
- Keep all areas organized and engaging
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 110 lbs for event setup equipment
- Comfortable working outdoors during summer weather
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Previous event, brand ambassador, promotional, or customer-facing experience is a plus
Pay: $25/hour
