Job Description and Duties

Under the supervision of a Deputy Labor Commissioner Supervisor (Senior Deputy), the LCR is assigned the less complex quantified case investigations of basic prevailing wage allegations, apprenticeship standards, public works contractor registration, and project registration. The incumbent meets with employers, employees, and their representatives to educate in regards to compliance with state prevailing wage rules, regulations, and public works provisions.
