Tax Contractor – CPA 
One Position Available for the Upcoming Tax Season

Are you a CPA who wants to grow a tax business without the risk, expense, or overhead of running your own firm?

At BMS, we’ve been providing tax planning and preparation for over 38 years, supported by our in-house admin, wealth management and insurance services teams. We’re offering an opportunity for one highly qualified tax professional to join our team — with a built-in book of business and nearly all operations handled for you.

• Professional office with virtual capabilities
• Full-time administrative support for scheduling, client intake, document collection, payment processing, and more
• All software, insurance, and marketing costs covered
• A client base ready for you to serve — and yours to retain for as long as you’re with the firm
• A fixed percentage of each tax return’s fee
• Great income potential while only working1/3 or less of the year

Your Focus:
You’ll handle what you do best — preparing, advising on, and delivering tax returns to our valued clients. We handle 90% of the process so you can focus on client-facing work.

How It Works:

• Set your own schedule —(Monday–Saturday availability during tax season), and 1 day per week in the off season. No appointments, no problem. You control your time.
• We schedule appointments, collect intake forms, confirm meetings, and process payments.
• You meet clients, review their returns, and ensure top-quality service.

What We’re Looking For:

• CPA  with 3+ years of high-volume tax preparation experience.
• Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal) — this is not a back-office position.
• Ability to handle 300+ tax returns per season.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
