loomAI is an AI platform and advisory company helping enterprises move from AI experimentation to real execution. Our proprietary platform, Lumen, is in active development. Our clients are large, complex organizations — insurers, financial institutions, regulated industries — that need AI that actually works in their environment.

The Role

The AI Innovation Associate is part builder, part experimenter, part storyteller. You'll work directly with the founders to build demos and agents, develop skills and toolsets that expand loomAI's capabilities, and create content that puts our thinking in front of the market.

If you stay up late prompting models, build things just to see if they work, and want to understand AI from the inside — this role was written for you.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build AI demos, agentic workflows, and proof-of-concepts for internal and client-facing use
  • Research, test, and develop prompt libraries, AI skills, and reusable components
  • Evaluate new AI models, tools, and platforms as they emerge — and bring back a point of view
  • Develop deep expertise in Claude and Claude Code
  • Create GTM content — LinkedIn posts, thought leadership, case narratives, and sales materials
  • Support loomAI's social media presence and operational activities as needed

Who You Are

You bring:

  • Genuine fascination with AI — you experiment on your own time
  • Comfort building with LLMs, APIs, or no-code/low-code tools
  • Strong written communication — clear, direct, no filler
  • Ability to work independently and figure things out
  • A bias toward doing — you ship drafts, not just plans

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience with Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, or similar models
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering or agent frameworks
  • Basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Content creation or social media experience
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a graduate program
