Administrative Assistant Intern

Responsibilities

  • Assist with organizing company documents and records
  • Help manage invoices, purchase orders, and shipping paperwork
  • Support data entry and maintain accurate filing systems
  • Assist with communication between suppliers, clients, and internal teams
  • Provide general administrative and office support

Qualifications/ Requirments 

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Detail-oriented with good time management
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
