Administrative Assistant Intern
Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing company documents and records
- Help manage invoices, purchase orders, and shipping paperwork
- Support data entry and maintain accurate filing systems
- Assist with communication between suppliers, clients, and internal teams
- Provide general administrative and office support
Qualifications/ Requirments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Detail-oriented with good time management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Fluent in English and Chinese
