JUNIOR ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

What We Need 

We are seeking a confident Junior Account Coordinator with top-notch organizational and communication skills for a short-term contract, with the possibility for a permanent engagement. This position presents an opportunity for a driven applicant to be an integral part of a tight-knit team working to produce creative campaigns and help manage accounts for a major, innovative brand with potential for growth. 

What You’ll Do 

The Junior Account Coordinator will work closely with the Account Lead and Eastward Creative Team on the planning and implementation of all logistics for campaign creation and delivery. They will be responsible for supporting the creation of marketing materials, video content, and affiliated content - particularly those with online creators - and interacting directly with clients. Duties will include, but are not limited to: 

● Support Account Lead in planning and scheduling staff, services and delivery. 

● Assist with client communication between agency and partner. 

● Ensure project milestones are set and met and to ensure project deliverables are completed on time. 

● Communicate with the internal team to coordinate schedules, lead deliverables and address revisions. 

● Enforce project schedule, expectations and deliverable needs. 

● Assist with quality control for all final assets. 

What You’ll Need 

● Agency or in-house experience is desired, but not required. 

● Strong organizational/time management skills, attention to detail and deadline driven. 

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

● High level of emotional intelligence to provide/receive essential feedback in a small team. 

● Comfort communicating with clients and enforcing creative agreements as needed. 

● A high degree of adaptability in an environment with multiple timelines. 

● Understanding of design, copywriting and post-production workflows. 

● Positive, hard-working, can-do attitude. 

● Pride in efficient work. 

Other Things You’d Like to Know 

● This is a remote position, with east coast candidates preferred (although not required). 

● This is a work-for-hire Independent Contractor position with the possibility for an extension at the end of the term. 

● Compensation for the role includes a competitive rate - we are seeking the best person for the job.
