Quality Control Specialist
Korean Bilingual (QC/QA) Specialist | Quality Control / Quality Assurance Specialist
Our client is a global manufacturing company and a Tier-1 supplier to Hyundai and Kia Motors, specializing in the production of Chassis and Body parts for automobiles. In preparation for the launch of our 2nd plant in Dublin, GA, we are looking for a Quality Control / Quality Assurance Specialist to strengthen our quality management and customer support operations.

1. Position Overview
- Position: Quality Control / Quality Assurance Specialist (QC/QA)
- Experience: Minimum 1+ year in manufacturing quality
- Location:330 Emerald Parkway Dublin, GA 31021
- Salary: $50,000 ~ $65,000 (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
2. Key Responsibilities
- Incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspection and quality control
- Identification of quality issues during production and support for improvement activities
- Support customer quality requirements and related response tasks
- Recording, organizing, and reporting of quality data and inspection results
- Root cause analysis of defects and support for corrective/preventive actions
- Dimensional inspection and data management using measuring equipment and gauges
- Collaboration with suppliers and related departments to stabilize and improve quality
3. Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) in manufacturing
- Preferred: Experience in automotive parts, metal processing, press, welding, or related manufacturing quality
- Must have ability to communicate professionally in both Korean and English
- Proficiency in basic document writing and MS Office
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ownership
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills
- No restrictions for working in the United States
4. Preferred Qualifications
- Quality experience in automotive parts manufacturing (Tier 1 / Tier 2)
- Experience handling customer quality issues or customer correspondence
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, PPAP, SPC, MSA, etc.
- Experience using CMM and various precision measuring equipment
- Experience in precision parts, metal processing, press, or welding quality
- Visa sponsorship (E-2, etc.) and Green Card support negotiable
