Project Management Intern

Summary of Position  

The Project Management Intern will function in an entry-level project management capacity, supporting projects while gaining practical experience in operational execution, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement within a professional engineering environment.

 

Intern Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Support day-to-day project activities under the guidance of project managers and engineering leaders
  • Assist with customer-facing coordination, meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions
  • Help manage project documentation, schedules, trackers, and data using tools such as Smartsheet and Microsoft Office
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and local stakeholders to support customized liquid cooling solutions
  • Participate in projects spanning product design, scaling, and transition from NPI to manufacturing
  • Learn and adhere to standard operational processes, safety practices, and quality requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while meeting established timelines and project milestones

 

Qualifications

Major(s): Engineering or Business, with interest in project management and technical solutions.

School Year(s): Seniors and/or Recent Graduates.

Experience:

  • 1–2 internships or academic project experiences related to project management, engineering, operations, or business (preferred)

Technical Skills:

  • Basic mechanical or technical understanding (preferred)
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Curious and proactive, with interest in engineering-driven and customer-focused solutions
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
  • Confident, clear communicator comfortable working with cross-functional and local stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks
  • Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team

 

Availability: Must be available to work in Claremont, NH, from May 18, 2026– Aug 7, 2026
