UGC Marketing Manager (SAT/AP)
UGC Marketing manager SAT/AP
We’re hiring a UGC Marketing Manager to help build and run our creator program for SAT and AP students.
This is a fully remote role with a competitive salary, working with a team that has already built one of the strongest creator programs in the education space.
This role is for someone who understands the U.S. high school curriculum world. You’ve either taken the SAT, APs, ACTs, Honors etc.c and you know what students are searching, stressing over, joking about, and watching online. You understand the difference between content that sounds like a brand trying to be relatable and content that students would actually stop scrolling for.
The main focus of this role is building out our SAT/AP UGC program from the ground up. You’ll help find and recruit creators, onboard them, approve their videos, give feedback, spot what is working, and help creators make better content over time. A big part of the job is knowing what makes SAT/AP content perform on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, from hooks and pacing to sounds, captions, trends, comments, and the little details that make a video feel native to the platform.
This would be a strong fit for someone who has made SAT, AP, college prep, study, or student-life content before and wants to move into a more strategic, managerial role. You don’t need to have managed a huge creator program before, but you do need to have good taste, strong judgment, and a real understanding of what students respond to online.
You’ll be responsible for things like:
- Finding and recruiting UGC creators in the SAT/AP, college prep, and student content space.
- Onboarding new creators and helping them understand the product, audience, content goals, and what kind of videos we’re looking for.
- Reviewing UGC content before it goes live and giving creators clear feedback on hooks, pacing, structure, captions, trend usage, and whether the video feels native to TikTok or Instagram.
- Spotting patterns in the SAT/AP, StudyTok, and college prep space, then turning those patterns into better feedback, stronger content briefs, and more useful creator guidance.
- Building a stronger creator program with clear incentives, better systems, and regular creator reactivation so creators stay active, motivated, and consistent.
- Creating content briefs, content inspiration, example videos, and repeatable formats based on current trends, student pain points, and what is already working.
- Keeping up with SAT/AP student conversations online, especially in places like r/SAT, r/APStudents, TikTok comments, Instagram comments, and student creator pages, so our content stays relevant to what students actually care about.
Bonus points if:
- You’ve grown your own TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Shorts account.
- You can make short form content about SATs/APs
- You’ve tutored SAT/AP students or made educational content.
- You understand UGC programs, creator incentives, referral systems, or ambassador programs.
- You’ve been part of student communities, college prep spaces, or online education brands.
