Marketplace E-Commerce Engineer

The Role

We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Marketplace/E-Commerce Engineer to build and manage our digital

commerce infrastructure across multiple storefronts and third-party marketplace channels. This is a

ground-floor opportunity — you won't be inheriting a polished system, you'll be building one. That means real

ownership, real impact, and a direct path to senior leadership as our operation scales.

What You'll Own

• Shopify storefronts — Build, manage, and optimize storefronts for our brand portfolio across multiple

consumer categories

• Marketplace channel management — Launch and maintain seller accounts on Walmart Marketplace and

other third-party platforms; manage listings, pricing, content, and fulfillment coordination

• Inventory reporting — Own inventory data accuracy and consistency across all channels and our ERP

system (NetSuite)

• NetSuite ERP integration — Ensure reliable data sync between e-commerce platforms and NetSuite;

troubleshoot discrepancies and build sustainable workflows

• Order & fulfillment oversight — Monitor end-to-end e-commerce processing and flag issues proactively

• Performance reporting — Track key metrics across all channels and surface actionable insights to

leadership

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate or early-career candidate with hands-on or academic experience in e-commerce, digital

marketing, or operations

• Familiarity with Shopify — store setup, product management, apps, and theme basics

• Exposure to NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a strong plus; willingness to learn is required

• Understanding of third-party marketplace operations (Walmart Seller Center, Amazon, or similar)

• Comfortable working with inventory data and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented — you surface problems before you're asked

• Able to work on-site in Vernon, CA and collaborate directly with leadership

Bonus Points

• Experience with marketplace seller portals (Walmart Seller Center, etc.)

• Familiarity with CSV / EDI data formats and catalog management

• Basic HTML / CSS for storefront customization

• Experience with 3PL coordination or wholesale distribution workflows
