Financial Sales Representative

FINANCIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Life Insurance & Financial Services | Remote (US) | Commission-based | 1099 Independent Contractor

ABOUT THE ROLE
We help everyday families eliminate debt, protect their income, and build wealth through life insurance and financial planning strategies. We're growing fast and looking for motivated, coachable people who want to build skills and grow their income.

This is a performance-driven 1099 contractor role. There's no cap on what you can earn, and no ceiling on how far you can go. If you're willing to put in the work, we'll give you the tools, training, and mentorship to build a book of business from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Meet with clients (virtually) to understand their financial goals and present customized solutions
- Educate prospects on life insurance products, debt elimination strategies, and retirement planning options
- Build and manage your own client pipeline using company-provided leads and referrals
- Complete state licensing requirements (we guide you through this process)
- Collaborate with a team of agents and participate in daily/weekly training sessions
- Maintain accurate records and follow all compliance guidelines for licensed financial products

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Drive and a genuine desire to help people - the best agents here care about their clients
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly over video or phone
- Self-starter mindset - you manage your time and hold yourself accountable
- Resilience: you handle rejection as feedback, not a dead end
- Must be 18+ and eligible to obtain a state life insurance license
- No prior sales or financial experience required - we hire on attitude and train for aptitude.

COMPENSATION & GROWTH
- 100% commission - 1099 independent contractor
- First-year typical range: $40K-$90K+ based on activity and production
- Commission paid directly on issued policies — no waiting period
- Advancement into agency leadership roles available within 6–12 months
- Overrides and residual income as you grow a team (optional path)
- Flexible schedule - part-time ramp-up or full-time from day one
