iCode Center Admin / Front Desk Coordinator

iCode is a technology-focused learning center that helps students build skills in coding, robotics, game development, and STEM through engaging, hands-on programs.

Position Summary

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Admin / Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our iCode center. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming experience for students and parents, supporting daily center operations, and helping convert trial classes into student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome students and parents warmly as they arrive at the center
• Create a positive and professional first impression for all visitors
• Coordinate student check-ins and basic front desk operations
• Observe and assess how free trial classes went
• Collect feedback from students, parents, and instructors
• Communicate detailed trial class feedback to the remote Center Director
• Follow up with parents after trial classes when needed
• Explain course offerings, schedules, and learning paths to parents
• Help guide parents through the registration process
• Support enrollment conversion by confidently presenting the value of iCode programs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
• Take photos and short videos of classroom activities, events, and student projects
• Assist with creating and posting engaging social media content for the center

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to engage comfortably with children and parents
• Sales or customer conversion experience preferred
• Ability to explain educational programs clearly and confidently
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
• Basic photography and video recording skills using a smartphone
• Ability to create simple, engaging social media posts and content
• Prior experience in education centers, tutoring centers, retail, or front desk roles is a plus

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys interacting with families, creates a welcoming environment, and can confidently help parents understand the value of our programs and encourage registrations.

Job Type
• Part-time
• Approximately 10–20 hours per week
• Weekend availability preferred

Compensation
• $18–$20 per hour
