Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Marketing & Business Development Intern to support our recruiting outreach, brand awareness, and business development efforts through the Handshake platform and campus engagement initiatives. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in marketing, sales, recruiting, communications, or business development.
Responsibilities
- Manage and promote job postings through the Handshake platform
- Assist with campus outreach and student engagement initiatives
- Help build relationships with universities, student organizations, and career centers
- Support marketing campaigns to attract candidates and promote company branding
- Conduct outreach to prospective applicants and schedule interviews
- Assist the business development and sales team with lead generation efforts
- Create content for social media, email campaigns, and recruitment marketing
- Track campaign results and prepare performance reports
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using social media and digital platforms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Handshake, LinkedIn, or campus organizations is a plus but not required
