Campus Growth Director

Signature Labs is a venture studio building AI-native applications. We are currently selecting 3 Campus Directors to lead the grassroots launch of our latest invite-only platform.

This is not a standard internship; it is an exclusive, long-term leadership mandate. As a Campus Director, you will be the sole gatekeeper for your university. Over the course of the next academic year, you will be responsible for managing the student body's access, seeding the initial user base, and scaling an invite-only ecosystem across the entire campus.

The Ideal Profile:

Institutional Leaders: You currently serve as the President, Vice President, or Founder of a major campus organization, business fraternity, or student government body.

The Gatekeeper: You have a demonstrated ability to mobilize large groups (500+) and understand how to engineer viral loops within closed, invite-only campus networks.

Execution Bias: You thrive in autonomous environments and can move from strategy to massive student adoption without hand-holding

 

 We are a 100% remote company, and this Fellowship operates entirely remotely, allowing you to execute from your campus.

We are currently opening applications for our Venture Studio Fellowship.

Unlike a traditional internship at a legacy corporation, our Directors are embedded directly into the "0-to-1" launch phase of our active portfolio. We are currently scaling four distinct high-velocity projects and are looking for 2 to 3 exceptional, autonomous student leaders to spearhead user acquisition and market entry strategy.

The Portfolio Matching Process As a Director, you are not applying to a single app. You are applying to the Studio. If selected, we will evaluate your specific technical and creative competencies to match you with the project where you will have the highest impact. AI-Native Productivity: Augmenting human intelligence through next-gen creative tools.

Dynamic Media Sharing: Redefining how we capture and celebrate digital moments.

Viral Consumer Social: Frictionless, social gifting platforms built for the speed of culture.

Agile Developer Tools: Simplifying complex infrastructure for high-performance engineering teams.

What You’ll Execute:

High-Velocity Growth: Design and deploy grassroots marketing loops to drive user adoption on your campus.

Strategic Influence: Utilize social media (TikTok, IG) and campus networks to showcase product utility and drive measurable sign-ups.

Product Feedback: Work directly with the founding team to provide user insights that inform the rapid development cycle.

Brand Authority: Act as the face of Signature Labs, building the community around our newest incubations.

Who You Are:

Academic Excellence: Current student at an accredited university with a strong foundation in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or Data Analytics.

Entrepreneurial DNA: You are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and prefers shipping code or campaigns over sitting in meetings.

Digital Native: You have a deep understanding of current social trends, viral loops, and how to capture Gen Z attention.

Execution-Focused: You have a demonstrable track record of starting projects, leading organizations, or building your own side hustles.

The Selection Process & Compensation: We respect your time and do not believe in unpaid take-home interviews. We are looking for the top 1% of campus operators.

Phase 1 (The Paid Sprint): We will select the top 10 applicants for a fast-paced, 1-hour execution assessment. You will be paid a $20 stipend via PayPal immediately upon completion of this trial, regardless of whether you are selected for the final role.

Phase 2 (The Director Role): The top 2 to 3 performers from the paid sprint will be officially onboarded as Campus Growth Directors.

Compensation: Directors receive a $400/month flat stipend, distributed in transparent $100 weekly tranches, plus additional performance-based bonuses tied directly to verified user acquisition milestones.
