Business Development and Sales Associate

This role is based in Orange County, CA- please don't apply if you cannot come to the office in Irvine when you are not at a customer appointment.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, energetic recent graduate who is interested in building a career in sales, marketing, and business development. This role is ideal for someone with customer service or sales experience who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and driving growth.

You’ll play a key role in generating leads, engaging customers, and supporting the sales pipeline—while gaining hands-on experience across marketing campaigns, outreach, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads (calls, texts, email, events)
  • Qualify prospects and schedule consultations
  • Support business development efforts with local partnerships and outreach
  • Attend community events, home shows, and networking opportunities
  • Assist with marketing campaigns (email, social media, promotions)
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM
  • Follow up with customers to ensure a strong experience and conversion
  • Identify opportunities to improve outreach and sales processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Some experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with a positive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
