Junior Full Stack Developer (Project-Based: $500 Milestone)

About the Company:

RigHand AI is a logistics-tech startup founded by a 13-year veteran owner-operator. We are building a voice-activated AI assistant to help truck drivers track real-time net profit and expenses directly from the cab. We are solving a massive financial "blind spot" in the $800B+ trucking industry, and we need a sharp developer to help build the engine.

​The Project:

This is a milestone-based project focused on wiring our frontend to a robust backend. We are looking for someone who can work independently and deliver high-quality code on a flexible schedule.

​Total Compensation: $500

Paid in two distinct milestones:

• ​Milestone 1 ($250): The Foundation
  • ​Set up Firebase/Firestore database architecture.
  • ​Implement User Authentication (Secure Login/Sign-up).
  • ​Connect existing frontend to the data stream.
• ​Milestone 2 ($250): The "Road Ready" Logic
  • ​Implement Offline Data Persistence (ensuring data saves when a driver loses cell signal).
  • ​Build the core "Save Load" and "Expense Tracking" logic.
  • ​Final UI/UX polish for the initial prototype.

​Technical Requirements:

• ​Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• ​Hands-on experience with Firebase (Firestore and Auth).
• ​Understanding of local caching/offline data management.
• ​Passion for building tools that solve real-world problems.
