Sincere Headway Inc. is actively recruiting motivated, resilient, and high-energy individuals for an Outside Lead Generator position supporting residential inspection and service operations throughout Central Florida.

This is a commission-only opportunity designed for individuals who are comfortable in the field, can communicate effectively with homeowners, and want access to one of the highest entry-level commission structures in the industry.

Position Overview

As an Outside Lead Generator, you will engage directly with homeowners in residential communities, generate qualified leads, and communicate opportunity details to the assigned inspector or sales representative.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong people skills, self-discipline, and the ability to work independently in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Canvass residential neighborhoods and connect with homeowners
• Generate qualified leads for inspections and related services
• Make phone calls and/or send text updates directly to inspectors regarding lead activity
• Maintain professionalism while interacting with homeowners across diverse communities
• Travel throughout Central Florida as needed
• Work extended field hours during peak opportunities (typically 6–12 hour days)

Compensation

• Commission only
• Potential spiffs and performance bonuses
• Travel expenses paid
• Additional bonus opportunities available for referring qualified team members after completion of applicable grace period

Advancement Opportunity

Top-performing canvassers (“elite knockers”) may be considered for promotion into Inspector-level opportunities within the organization.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat and varying weather conditions
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Experience referring customers, generating leads, or working face-to-face with the public is a major plus
• Reliable transportation is strongly preferred for canvassing positions and mandatory for inspector-level roles
