We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing high-quality ABA programs, supervising a team of dedicated RBTs/BTs, and ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients and their families.
As a leader within Inspira Behavior, you will play a critical role in bridging clinical excellence with operational efficiency, contributing to a supportive team culture that values collaboration and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Supervision & Mentorship: Provide high-quality supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCaBAs in accordance with BACB guidelines.
Case Management: Monitor client progress, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to treatment protocols.
Parent Training: Empower families through regular training sessions to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Clinical Director and recruitment teams to ensure seamless onboarding and caseload management.
Compliance: Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with funding source requirements.
Qualifications
Certification: Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
Education: Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of ABA (preferred).
Licensure: Ability to obtain/maintain necessary state-level licensing in California.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and a passion for mentoring clinical staff.
