Operations Assistant (Summer Internship)
Location: Park City, Utah
Pay: $22.00 per hour + Mileage Reimbursement
Term: May 25th – Mid-August (Potential for extension through year-end)
Overview
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Operations Assistant for the 2026 summer season. This role is perfect for anyone looking for hands-on experience in studio management and logistics. We are looking for someone who can assist with the physical and logistical needs of the studio.
While the internship is scheduled through the second week of August, there is an opportunity for extension through the rest of the year for a candidate who proves to be an indispensable part of the team.
Schedule
- Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Hours: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Approx. 3-4 hours per day)
- Start Date: Monday, May 25th (Flexible mid-week start available)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily studio setup, organization, and equipment management.
- Handle logistics and moving of studio materials (must be comfortable with frequent heavy lifting and physical labor).
- Run local errands as needed to support studio projects.
- Provide general operational support to the team.
Requirements
- Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license. Mileage for work-related travel will be reimbursed.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and carry heavy items regularly.
- Professionalism: Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Availability: Must be able to commit to the Tuesday–Thursday schedule through August.
