A small service-based business in McKinney is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-friendly person to help support daily shop operations.
This part-time role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping things organized, and creating a smooth and welcoming environment.
Schedule
- Part-time
- Morning start around 8:30 AM
- About 4 to 5 hours per day
- About 4 to 5 days per week
Responsibilities may include
- Opening and helping close the shop
- Greeting customers and answering phone calls
- Checking missed calls and messages
- Keeping the space clean, sanitized, and organized
- Coordinating with team members and customers as needed
- Supporting appointment follow-up
- Ordering supplies
- Counting cash and tracking basic information in Excel
- Helping maintain a smooth daily flow
Ideal candidate
- Dependable and punctual
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Easy to work with
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Basic comfort with phone calls, scheduling, and Excel
Experience in front desk support, office support, customer service, salon, retail, or another service environment is a plus.
