We’re looking for a Backend Developer who enjoys building reliable systems, scalable APIs, and clean architecture. Someone who can build production-grade services and use modern tools (including AI) to improve development speed and efficiency.

What You’ll Work On
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs
- Develop scalable application logic and system architecture
- Work with databases to manage and optimize application data
- Integrate third-party services and APIs where needed
- Collaborate with frontend, product, and AI teams to deliver features
- Use AI tools to assist in coding, debugging, testing, and optimization
- Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
- Debug production issues and implement long-term fixes
- Contribute to technical architecture and backend best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in backend development
- Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, Java, or similar backend technologies
- Experience building REST APIs and backend systems
- Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.)
- Understanding of system design, scalability, and backend architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, etc.) in development workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with microservices or distributed systems
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization
- Exposure to AI APIs or AI-powered workflows
- Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps basics
- Experience in SaaS or product-based companies
