Position:  Talent Acquisition Specialist 

Reports To:  Talent Acquisition Manager

Primary Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the pre-employment and onboarding processes, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Source candidates using resume databases and targeted outreach strategies
• Screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers 
• Collaborate with the hiring manager during the offer process to identify and recommend salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
• Finalize placements, extend offers, and confirm start dates 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Competitive Spirit

• Strong organization skills / detail-oriented
