Quality Services Moving is hiring Straight Truck Drivers to join our growing team. If you’re a dependable driver looking for steady work, strong pay, and real opportunities to grow, this is a great fit — and no CDL is required.
We provide paid training, so you can get started quickly even if you’re new to the industry.

Schedule:
- Full-time and part-time roles available
- Up to 5 days per week (weekend availability preferred)
- Reporting out of our Lorton, VA facility
What You’ll Do:
- Drive a straight (box) truck for local and regional moves
- Assist or lead moving crews on job sites
- Safely load, transport, and unload household goods
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Complete required paperwork accurately
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service
Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license (no CDL required)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and DOT drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to Lorton, VA
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Experience with box or straight trucks
- Background in moving, delivery, or warehouse work
- Crew leadership experience
