WHO WE ARE

The Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) is a sex offense specific treatment program in a modified therapeutic community and secure setting that provides comprehensive services to 740 civilly committed clients. Services include sex offense specific treatment, education programming, therapeutic recreation, vocational programming and volunteer services, and health and wellness.

Our Moose Lake, MN location is seeking dynamic Treatment Psychologists to join our Clinical Team to work on the leading edge of the comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and management of individuals who have been civilly committed as sexually dangerous persons or sexual psychopathic personalities.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide psychological treatment services and act as a consultant regarding diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Provide targeted individualized therapy.
• Provide information regarding psychological assessment results, and clients’ treatment progress
• Provide leadership and clinical direction to other psychologists and MSOP staff.

Qualifications include:

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in psychology* AND 
• Licensure as a psychologist (LP) by the Minnesota Board of Psychology or License Eligible  
• Doctoral level graduates working towards licensure may be hired on a provisional basis and receive supervision under a licensed MSOP Psychologist to obtain licensure
