BairesDev Associate Program - Marketing Track

BairesDev is hiring 3 to 5 paid marketing associates to join its growth team for six months. You'll work on live campaigns for a company that delivers to Google, Rolls-Royce, and Pinterest. No mock projects. No shadowing. Real briefs, real deadlines, real pay based on where you live.

This is built for students in their final semester and recent graduates who've already started building with AI tools, not just using them. If you've put together an agent, an automation, or a workflow that actually did something, that's the kind of experience we're looking for.

You'll work on campaign analysis, buyer research, competitive intelligence, and growth experiments across paid and organic channels. Output ships to real audiences. Top performers are considered for full-time roles.
