This is a fulltime in office position
AgTrust Farm Credit is seeking a Technology Support Specialist II to join our IT team. In this role, you’ll provide day‑to‑day technical support to employees across the organization, helping ensure reliable, secure, and efficient use of technology. What You'll Do
- Provide remote and on‑site support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Respond to and resolve IT help tickets efficiently and professionally
- Support new‑hire onboarding, including devices, user accounts, and system access
- Manage user accounts and permissions (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.)
- Configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot computers, applications, and AV equipment
- Assist with Wi‑Fi, printers, backups, security updates, and other IT infrastructure
- Create and maintain IT documentation and user‑friendly guides
- Partner with IT leadership to improve systems, processes, and overall infrastructure
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in CIS, MIS, Computer Science, or related field — or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, desktop support, or help desk roles
- Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, user account management, and permissions
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle (occasional local travel required)
