AI Systems and Operations Internship

About Us

Hamden Dental Arts is not your average dental office. We are a growing, modern practice intentionally building a culture centered around high-quality patient care, advanced treatment planning, strong communication, personal development, and overall quality of life — both for our patients and our team.

We believe healthcare environments can be highly productive without operating from constant chaos, burnout, or outdated systems. Our goal is to create a practice where innovation, organization, leadership, and human connection work together to support sustainable growth and a healthier work environment.

We are actively building smarter workflows using technology, AI tools, automation, leadership systems, and operational strategy to create a more efficient, organized, and patient-centered practice. Rather than using technology to replace people, we aim to use it to reduce unnecessary stress, improve communication, increase clarity, and create more space for meaningful work and better experiences.

We are looking for interns who are motivated, adaptable, curious, organized, and excited by the idea of helping build the future operating systems of a modern healthcare business. This is an opportunity to work closely with leadership, contribute real ideas, and gain hands-on experience inside a practice that values growth, creativity, systems-thinking, and continuous improvement.

We are actively exploring the use of:

  • AI tools
  • workflow automation
  • operational dashboards
  • digital organization systems
  • communication infrastructure
  • process optimization

to create a smarter and more efficient healthcare environment.
