Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Software Engineering Intern with the Live6 Alliance. 
  • Intern will lead development efforts across web initiatives during a 12-week summer internship. 
  • This role involves building and enhancing real-world web applications while working directly with the Director of Market Development and collaborating with engineering faculty. 
  • The intern will take ownership of a key feature and play a central role in designing, building, and refining user-facing web experiences. 

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Computer Science major with at least junior-level standing with experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 
  • Familiarity with modern frameworks, UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices is preferred, along with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical collaborators.

Anticipated Schedule: 

  • Flexible, part-time - 20 hours per week.
