Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Recruiter position based in Timonium, MD. The Senior Recruiter will lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various technical and professional roles. 

 

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in recruitment
  • Exceptional Interviewing, Candidate Evaluation, and Negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Recruitment Tools, and Databases
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and contractors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven organizational and time management abilities
  • Relevant experience in recruiting for IT, Engineering, Healthcare 
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred

Job Summary:

IS2 LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing job offers. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of roles using various recruitment platforms and techniques.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
  • Create and post job advertisements across job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing (agency or in-house).
  • Proven ability to source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
