Payroll Intern (6-Week Summer Internship)

We’re hiring a Payroll Intern to join our myPay Solutions team.

This role is designed for someone early in their career who wants to understand how businesses pay employees accurately and on time - something every organization depends on.

You don’t need payroll experience. You’ll be supported, trained, and guided throughout.

This is a 6-week full-time internship (40 hours per week) during June/July.

You’ll join a team of around 20 Payroll Analysts and Associates.

With guidance and support, you’ll help with:

  • Supporting payroll-related projects
  • Collecting and checking data for accuracy
  • Assisting with reports and analysis
  • Documenting processes and workflows
  • Handling sensitive information carefully and responsibly

You’ll build your skills step-by-step with full support.
