Growth Intern

Dedalus (YC S25) is hiring Growth interns for Summer 2026 (June–August) to help grow the developer ecosystem around AI agents and infrastructure.

This role sits at the intersection of growth, community, product, content, and developer relations. You will help drive adoption, build communities, shape narratives, and create systems that help developers discover and build on our platform. The ideal candidate combines strong communication ability, creative instincts, and a deep understanding of internet culture, technology, and product growth.

 

What You’ll Work On

Growing developer and builder communities around AI agents

Running growth experiments across social and developer platforms

Creating content, campaigns, and onboarding flows

Supporting events, hackathons, workshops, and community programs

Conducting user research and gathering ecosystem feedback

Collaborating with product and engineering teams on activation and retention

Helping shape the public narrative and brand presence of Dedalus

 

Requirements

Strong communication skills and forward-deployment ability

Sociable, proactive, and comfortable engaging with communities and users

Strong writing skills and refined aesthetic judgment

Familiarity with major social and community platforms including X, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Discord

Understanding of platform dynamics, internet culture, and content distribution

Strong execution ability and willingness to move quickly

 

Nice-to-Have

Experience in growth, GTM, community-building, or developer ecosystems

Familiarity with product-led growth concepts including activation, retention, and onboarding optimization

Prior startup experience or history of shipping projects independently

Technical background or experience working closely with developers

Experience with developer tools, AI products, or technical communities

Background in anthropology, media arts, design, storytelling, or cultural analysis

Experience creating content, running communities, or organizing events
